Employees regularly scheduled to work at least 25 hours per week are required to join the Concord Retirement System in lieu of Social Security. More details can be found in the Social Security Information section of this page.
The Town offers deferred compensation (457) plans for eligible employees. These optional plans allow employees to save and invest money for retirement with tax benefits. Employees have a choice of two providers: Mission Square Retirement (formerly ICMA-RC) and Voya. More information can be found at the following links:
