Update on Interest & Penalties for 4th Quarter Tax Bills as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic
In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020 and the Department of Revenue’s Bulletin 2020-3,
the Town of Concord Select Board voted the following at its meeting on April 9, 2020:
To keep the original due date for 4th Quarter Tax Bills (Real Estate & Personal Property); and
To waive interest /fees on bills paid between after May 1, but on or before June 30, 2020.
Mission Statement
The Treasurer / Collector Division of the Finance Department is responsible for the receipt, short-term investment and disbursement of all Town funds. The division manages the billing and collection of all Real Estate, Personal Property and Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes, and Curbside Refuse Collection subscriptions.

Bank reconciliations
Ambulance Fees
The Treasury division is dedicated to timely processing of all payments and disbursements, as well as, providing professional customer assistance.
