Affordable, 3-bedroom condo available in Concord for $320,328.
Burke Farm is a small development consisting of 3 affordable condos. The available unit, 127 Old Bedford Rd, #1, is a 3BR unit. The development is connected to Town water, and the units have gas heat powered by forced hot water. The unit is well designed with living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, and a large master and master bath on the third floor. There are brand new hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms, and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
