Water Service Alert – Saturday – March 5th, 2022.
The Concord Water & Sewer Division is responding to a water main break identified near the Concord Rotary at approximately 6:35 AM Saturday morning, March 5th. The water loss was stopped at around 7:15 AM this morning. Due to the location and nature of this break, the impact of this disturbance was not limited to the immediate area. The impact of this disturbance may affect water pressure and water quality.
If you are experiencing discolored (brown) water, we recommend running the cold water for 5 minutes to clear the line into your home or business.
If the water doesn’t become clear in 5 minutes, shut it off and wait one hour for the disturbance to settle or pass, and then try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Water & Sewer Division directly at 978-318-3250.
