The Compost Site at 755 Walden Street will be re-opening for the season on Saturday, April 1, 2023.  Compost site hours are Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Wednesdays, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Concord residents can dispose of yard waste, brush and invasive plant materials during the posted hours.  In addition, screened compost and wood chips are available for pickup at the compost site.  

The Paint Shed will also be open and available during those times.  Residents can bring oil-based paint and usable latex paint to the Paint Shed.

New this year, Concord Public Works is offering Styrofoam recycling throughout the season.  Residents can purchase a 55-gallon bag online or at 133 Keyes Road (check only) and bring the filled Styrofoam bags to the Compost Site on Saturdays from 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM and Wednesdays from 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM for recycling.
