Traffic/Construction Advisory: Old Pickard Road, Old Marlboro Road – October 24, 2023
Please be advised that reconstruction of Old Marlboro Road (from the intersection of Old Pickard Road to the town line) and Old Pickard Road (from the intersection of Old Marlboro Road to the Town line) will commence on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
The reconstruction work will be conducted in two stages, pavement milling of the existing roadway surface (commencing on October 24th) and then paving of hot mix asphalt to restore the surface. The paving operation is scheduled for November 6, 7, & 8 weather permitting.
The work requires partial lane closures during construction, however one-way alternating traffic will be maintained through the construction zone.
Heavy equipment will be present and operational. Access to all properties will be maintained throughout the construction process, however, please expect minor delays near construction crews performing the work.
