Annual Town Meeting Warrant

Find descriptions of articles to be voted on in the Town Meeting Warrant, which was mailed to all households in February.  The article is also available in electronic format here.  

Special Town Meeting

Special Town Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 7:10 PM at the Concord-Carlisle Regional High School to take up one article.  The STM warrant can be found here.

Need Child Care?

The Concord Recreation Department will be providing child care at the high school during Town Meeting.  Preregistration is required.  Register here.

Need a Ride?

The Council on Aging will provide seniors pick-up and drop-off services for Town Meeting. Call ahead and book a ride at 978-318-3020.

Hearing Assistance and other Accomodations

Assistive hearing devices are available at Town Meeting next to the registration area.  Anyone with a disability requiring special accommodations for Town Meeting should contact the Town's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator and Assistant Town Manager, Jessica Porter, at 978-318-3028 or via email. Special accommodations should be made one (1) week in advance of the opening date of Town Meeting, though the earlier that requests are made, the more likely that time will permit for special accommodations, if possible, to be met.
