Traffic/Construction Advisory – Lexington Road – October 26th, 2024
National Grid and its subcontractor Neuco will continue to conduct gas main installation operations on Lexington Road, between Heywood Street and Cambridge Turnpike on Saturday, October 26th, 2024.
Work on Saturday has become necessary to facilitate the completion of the project during the normal construction season.
Two-way alternating traffic will be maintained through the construction zone. On Street parking within the work zone will be prohibited during the construction work. The contractor will be posting “No Parking” signs indicating the “no parking” restriction.
Heavy equipment will be present and operational. Access to all properties will be maintained, however, please expect delays near construction crews performing the work.
