Between 4:30 and 6:30am on Tuesday, August 25, 2025, Concord Broadband will be conducting service-impacting maintenance to introduce a new internet service provider's default route. This change should have a slight impact on traffic in transit during the transition. Actual length of impact should be a very short period of time within the maintenance window.
Concord Broadband currently maintains service from three separate providers to ensure resilience. This move will increase the speed and capability of our default provider. Customers do not need to take any action.
