On Wednesday, September 10, 2025 between the hours of 4-6am, Concord Broadband staff will be moving links connecting the broadband equipment from old to new switches. This will result in a very brief disruption in service, followed by extensive testing to ensure complete connectivity.
This maintenance is one of the final steps required before moving to the next generation 10Gb/s equipment, and continues the trend of equipment replacement, which results in a more resilient and secure network.
