December 10th Water Bills
The Town of Concord is correcting two issues that affected some November and December water bills. Due to a configuration issue in the billing system, the seasonal winter water rate was not applied as intended for the November and December billing cycles. As a result, some customers were billed using the summer tiered rate structure instead of the single winter rate. A credit will be applied to the next bill for any resulting overcharges. Additionally, due to a separate system issue, some customers were billed for two months of water usage and will receive a corrected bill.
