Free parking will be available in Concord's business areas to support local holiday shopping on Thursday for Thanksgiving, Friday, Saturday, and as always on Sunday. Enforcement of parking time limits will also be waived to provide shoppers enough time to browse during the busy weekend. Enforcement of handicapped parking restrictions, crosswalk violations, and other parking safety violations will continue as usual.
