Concord Public Works and Fire Departments have been responding to localized flooding associated with the recent storm event.  Heavy winds and rain have brought down a significant amount of leaves.  If you’re out and about and see a storm drain covered by leaves, please take a minute and clear it - your neighbors will appreciate it!
