A detour will be in effect on Saturday, May 6 from 9:30-3:00 to reduce congestion on Lowell Rd. The southbound section of Lowell Road between Liberty Street and Keyes Rd will be open to DropOff-SwapOff attendees only. Residents heading south on Lowell Road (before Liberty Street) who intend to access downtown / Main Street will be directed to reach downtown via Liberty Street to Monument Street.  Please note too, there will be no left turn onto Keyes Road for northbound traffic on Lowell Rd.  Click on link below for a detailed detour map.
