CMLP Customer Survey
Concord Municipal Light Plant wants to hear from you.
CMLP is conducting a customer survey during October and November. SDS Research will administer the phone and online survey. CMLP hopes to collect opinions from approximately 400 residential and 150 business customers. CMLP will use what they learn to find out how well they are meeting your electric and broadband needs. Your feedback will also help CMLP plan for future improvements and innovations.
Please take CMLP’s 2017 Customer Survey to share your feedback. The online survey will be available until Sunday, October 15th.
SDS Research will begin the random phone survey shortly after October 15th. The SDS Research associate will identify themselves when making the survey call.
