BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO HOLD PUBLIC FORUM

As part of their regularly scheduled meeting the Board of Assessors invites all citizens to a Public Forum on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in the Hearing Room at the Town House.  They will present information about the changes that have occurred as a result of the FY18 revaluation of property values.  For FY18 the calendar year 2016 sales are analyzed in order to adjust the factors that calculate the property values.  The goal is to have property values at or near 100% of market value as of January 1, 2017.
