The Concord Cemetery Committee will be holding a public information

meeting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, in the Hearing Room at the

Town House, 22 Monument Square. The Committee and the Cemetery Superintendent wish to

solicit public views as we consider the supply of future gravesites and other

burial options in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. The Committee is considering

offering several options including a columbarium for the interment of

cremated remains, mausoleum sites, and a scattering garden for cremated

remains; green burials, though not presently being contemplated for

cemetery use, will also be discussed. The Committee and Cemetery

Superintendent welcome public commentary on these considerations and

invite interested members of the public to attend.
