The Concord Select Board has authorized Municipal Resources, Inc. to make a conditional offer of employment to Stephen Crane for the position of Concord Town Manager. This decision was made on Saturday after a series of interviews with the three finalists held by the Select Board. This offer is pending acceptance by the candidate and background review and investigation conducted by Municipal Resources, Inc..
