The Town of Concord Public Safety utilizes a computerized aided dispatch system when requests for emergency services is required. As part of this system locations within the community are assigned Site addresses. Residents  and Businesses can complete the Online Form below and supply Emergency first responders with any information they feel would be useful in an emergency. This can include special medical needs or circumstances, Location of children's bedrooms, names of secondary contacts that have access to home.
