Once you have created an account, log out then log back in and click on the upper left tab “Apply for New Permit” and complete the information.
When your application is submitted, you can click on the "eye" to work with your permit application. Permit applications are addressed quickly, but please allow at least 48 hours for your application to be reviewed.
The Select Board Licensing Coordinator will use the “chat” feature for any questions or to let you know if additional information or documents need to be uploaded. You can chat back by clicking on the bubble icon.
Payment for License Applications
The Town accepts the following forms of payment for all licensing applications:
- Cash - for payments under $100
- Check - payable to the Town of Concord
- Online Check or Credit/Debit Card - processed securely through UniBank’s UniPay online payment system
You can pay online after the Licensing Coordinator reviews your permit and sets the status to “Ready for Payment.” Log back in and pay with an online check (your check routing number and account number), or Master Card/Visa/Discover Card.
If you wish to submit your payment via cash or check, please mail a check made to the Town of Concord to the following address:

After the permit is issued, you can log into your account and print your permit.
Important Notice About Scams
Please be aware of potential scams or fraudulent requests for payment. The Town will never ask for payment through wire transfer, peer-to-peer apps (such as Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp), gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
If you receive a request for payment that does not match the accepted methods listed above, do not send money and contact Town staff immediately to verify the legitimacy of the request.
