Before any bylaw will take effect in the Town of Concord, it must be approved by the Municipal Law Unit of the Attorney General's Office. Bylaw approvals are submitted to the Attorney General within 30 days of the conclusion of town meetings and the Attorney General's Office has 90 days to issue a decision.
