Food Trucks

Concord now welcomes food trucks!

Regulations passed by the Concord Town Meeting in 2023 paved the way for new policies to welcome mobile food vendors to serve the Concord community.

Food Truck Operators

Vendors are invited to obtain an annual Mobile Food Business Annual Health License. All license holds are then placed on an Approved Mobile Food Vendors List and eligible to participate in vending opportunities at public and private venues town-wide.   Apply through the Health Division here. New applications are received on a rolling basis. Licenses expire May 31 of each year.
