Gerow Recreation Area

The property at 369 Commonwealth Ave, also known as the Gerow Recreation Area, was purchased in July of 2018 and is comprised of 7.03 acres of cleared and wooded land abutting Warners Pond in West Concord. The Bruce Freeman Rail Trail runs along the property and provides a relaxing area to recreate. Recreation area is anticipated to be completed summer of 2024.
