Meet Concord's Community Clinician - Juliette Jaye & Laura Page

The Concord Health Division, in partnership with Eliot Community Human Services, recognizes the growing need for mental health support in our community. To help meet this need, we have established the Concord Community Clinician position.

We are pleased to introduce Juliette Jaye & Laura Page, our Community Clinicians, who provide outpatient mental health services to Concord residents of all ages.

Juliette offers individual, couples, and family therapy, helping clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and improve emotional well-being in a supportive, professional setting.

With a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons University and a background in psychology, Juliette brings experience in various therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and narrative therapy.

Laura's goal is to empower individuals to advocate for themselves, practice self-compassion, and make self-care part of everyday life.

If you are a Concord resident, Concord Public Schools student, or Concord-Carlisle High School student, you (or a parent/guardian) may request a referral for services.

This initiative is part of the town’s ongoing effort to expand behavioral health resources and ensure residents have access to quality mental health support. For more information or to learn about available services, please contact the Concord Health Division or the Public Health Nurse, Katie Stanislawzyk.
