The Board of Directors of the CHDC met on January 30, 2024 and voted to "pause" the Junction Village RFP until September 30, 2024 to give the Board time to see how the closure of the adjacent MCI Concord prison may affect future development plans.  Proposals will not be accepted and no award will be made until further notice is given.
