Healthy hearts and brains are supported by regular exercise. Join our Aerobics class each Monday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Strengthen your cardiovascular system and burn calories with this easy-to-follow aerobic workout.
Class Format & Equipment
The instructor, Julie Medjanis, leads the group in approximately 35 minutes of low-impact aerobics followed by upper body strengthening and then floor exercise for lower body and core strength. The class concludes with a brief stretch. Dumbbells of varying weights are provided and some ankle weights are available if you do not have your own, but please bring a mat.
Julie Medjanis is certified through the American Council on Exercise and has been teaching senior fitness for over 20 years.
Cost & Attendance
The cost is $5 per class and you pay as go. No need to sign up, just come and join in.
